  I've been going here since I was about 11 and I am 16 now, but I am not surprised that others have said this. The receptionists are really rude and it takes them about 5 minutes from when they see you at the desk to when they actually serve you. Other then that, the doc that I see here is really nice and other than the receptionists, I would really recommend going there if they have space for new patients!
